Payment and Scheduling
We require a payment method on file which will be charged a $199 deposit upon acceptance of this proposal. After your Leaf Clean-up is completed, the final balance will be charged and you’ll receive an itemized receipt via email.
Your Leaf Clean-up will be scheduled in November or December. We do not schedule appointment times due to the weather that fall brings – no one wants to be rescheduled multiple times for rain delays! You will receive a scheduling email when your job is coming up in our list. If you have an important scheduling request we’d love to hear about it.
Special instructions? We encourage you to send pictures to clarify any special instructions or areas of concern. When you provide this information in advance we can ensure your instructions are available to our leaf clean-up team.
What Does Leaf Clean-up Include?
Leaf Clean-up includes giving your lawn and landscape a complete cleaning of leaves, sticks, and other loose items such as pine cones, acorns, pine needles, twigs, and similar lightweight natural debris. Black walnuts and other bulkier items are not covered with our standard clean-up. Please inquire separately for assistance with these items; we are happy to accommodate!
How Much Does it Cost?
Leaf Clean-up is performed hourly for good reason: from one year to the next your clean-up job may require a different amount of time. If it’s a windy season, some of your leaves might blow across the road and away from your property. And other years the leaves from across the road might blow onto your property. This is only one example of many that we’ve seen. After our many years in service, we still believe this is the most simple and reasonable way to fairly charge for this service. By providing hourly pricing, you only pay for the actual time spent on the job. You can see examples of ballpark pricing here. We do not offer flat-rate pricing for this service and we understand this may not suit everyone’s needs.
Our minimum price is $199, which is charged as a deposit at the time of sign-up. Due to our limited capacity, deposits are non-refundable. Kindly note that our fuel surcharge remains in effect.
What are the Disposal Options?
On-Site Disposal: On-site disposal is available if you have a location on your property where debris can be placed, such as a wooded area or compost pile. Please inform us of the location right away if you choose this option.
Off-Site Disposal: With this option, we’ll haul away all the debris from your cleanup job. Our team will make a pile near the curb and our vacuum truck will come by separately after your job is completed. This option is an additional charge of $38 per cubic yard to cover the costs of hauling away the debris.
